For clients who prefer a seamless experience, our private chauffeur service offers collection and return from your home or workplace. On arrival, complimentary parking is available, and if you need to move your vehicle during your appointment, our concierge team will happily take care of it for you.
Our concierge team will welcome you personally, invite you to slip into our signature slippers and prepare your preferred refreshment while your treatment suite is made ready.
Once you're comfortable, your clinician will guide you through your appointment, answer your questions and ensure you understand not only what we're doing, but why. We believe confidence comes from understanding yourself to help make better choices when it comes to your health.
Our team will check in with you 24 hours, 72 hours and seven days after your appointment, and our concierge team remains available should you need guidance in between visits.
